French Raclette cheese Station
Served entirely under grill, with Westphalian ham, sausage,
celeriac in rémoulade, red beet salad, potato and pickle
Pasta Station
Penne and mini ravioli stuffed with spinach and cheese, served with Arrabiata sauce and creamy sauce,

Roasting Station
AAA Roasted Rib eye, braised pork loin and Montreal Smoked Meat, sliced and served
with mint jelly, caramelized onions, preserved vegetables and condiments
Crêpe Suzette Station
Fine Crêpes stuffed with confectioner custard, Grand Marnier flambé in front of guests,
served with a choice of chocolate sauce just warm
