Did you know that citrus peels can be reused to scent a homemade all-purpose cleaner?
Simply let the lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime or clementine peels macerate in a mason jar filled with vinegar for about 2 weeks. Then we remove the peels and transfer the liquid to a bottle with a spray nozzle, you will then have a super effective natural and organic cleanser!

Use grapefruit in your marinades, replacing lemon juice in vinaigrettes, as a supreme in your salads or squeezed in a cocktail.

Mandarin can replace orange in most recipes, you can choose from different varieties which each have distinct flavor touches, Royal mandarin has a semi-acid, semi-sweet flavor while Honey mandarin is, you guessed it, very sweet! At the grocery store, opt for mandarins that are heavy, firm and with a perfect skin . It will keep for a week at room temperature and up to two weeks in the fridge!
