Did you know: empanadas
Did you know that an empanada is a typical Hispanic dish? This turnover made of dough is stuffed with different ingredients according to the customs of the country in which it is prepared, it is then baked or fried.
In Spain the empanada is a family dish to share, the size of a pie, while the empanadillas are small puff pastries in individual portions. In Argentina, you can recognize the flavor of the empanada by the way the edge of the turnover is made, a jagged edge means it is stuffed with spinach while a wavy edge means it is made with tuna.
